Lincoln Stars clinch USHL playoff berth with win, Des Moines loss

The Lincoln Stars defeated Sioux City on Friday at the Ice Box, and then got some help from Cedar Rapids against Des Moines to secure a USHL playoff berth. Entering Friday, there were up to 10 different scenarios in which the Stars could either make or miss the playoffs with two regular-season games left.
