(KRON) — An Oregon man was charged with two felonies for his alleged involvement in a crash that killed a 9-year-old girl in Concord early Sunday morning, the Contra Costa Country District Attorney’s Office said. Jesus Ivan Dorantes Guzman, 22, was arrested on Wednesday in Colusa County. The crash happened at about 5:20 a.m. on northbound Interstate 680 at Highway 242.
