Remains found at Waterloo Waste Treatment Plant identified as missing 52-year-old man
Iowa Medical Examiners have identified the remains of a man discovered in the Waterloo Waste Treatment Plant as 52 -year-old Darrin Lenton, who was reported missing on July 10, 2021.
Waterloo Police received a call on Monday of possible remains located in the plant on 2550 Kenyon Ave.
Additional testing is being done, but no foul play is suspected.
