2 men charged in Duluth’s homicide
DULUTH, Minn. – Two men are charged with aiding and abetting second-degree murder in Duluth’s first homicide of the year. Police said Paris Allen, 19, died after he was shot in the head during a fight that investigators say stemmed from an earlier argument.
