Washington state to add thousands of electric vehicle charging stations
Nearly 4,000 new electric vehicle charging stations are coming to more than 500 sites statewide.
Gov. Jay Inslee made the announcement Thursday. The Washington State Department of Commerce said $85 million in funding marks the first phase of investments through the Washington Electric Vehicle Charging Program, with support from the Climate Commitment Act.
