CHICAGO (CBS) -- A second case of measles was reported at the migrant shelter for new arrivals in Pilsen, the Chicago Department of Public Health Confirmed Sunday.
The first case at the shelter was reported on Friday involving a child. The department has been investigating to find out who may have been exposed while the child was infectious.
