According to DownDetector.com, started around 8:46 p.m. The website appears to be impacted the most. Although outages for the app and feed have also been reported.

Traffic And Parking Advisory Issued For Darien Graduations
DARIEN, CT — The Darien Police Department has issued a parking and traffic advisory for graduation ceremonies scheduled for June 12 and June 13.
The Middlesex Middle School graduation will take place on Wednesday at Darien High School, and the DHS ceremony will be held on Thursday.
Police advise the following traffic regulations, which will be put in place at 4 p.m. on both days

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —A shelter-in-place order has been issued for police activity in the township Tuesday morning.
Horsham Community Police Services said the order was given due to police activity on Horseshoe Lane in the township's Horshamtowne section. Country Road is closed to traffic at Witmer Avenue.
