A judge ruled in favor of a Black Lives Matter group on Friday, banning Seattle police from using tear gas, pepper spray and flash-bang devices to disperse crowds at protests.

Gunman Kills Four Outside Atlanta
A manhunt is under way outside Atlanta for an alleged gunman who authorities said killed three men and one woman Saturday morning and is considered armed and dangerous. The police in the small city of Hampton, Ga., about 20 miles south of Atlanta, said the gunman fatally shot the victims in four separate, but close, locations around 10:45 a.m. ET. He was last seen in a black GMC Acadia SUV.

Coroner identifies 4 who died after shooting inside home near Crystal Lake
