Trump's China Policy Has Weakened America

President Jiang Zemin's 1997 tour of the United States eased China's entry into the global economy and accelerated its national rise. The summit that begins Thursday in Beijing between President Trump and President Xi Jinping is taking place at another important juncture in the two countries' relationship.
