It was a short, passionate bromance between Donald Trump and Elon Musk. Now, it’s all-out war. “He just went CRAZY!” the president exclaimed Thursday on Truth Social. Musk shot back, accusing Trump of being “in the Epstein files,” before predicting a recession by the end of the year.
Their feverish, public breakup — documented on their respective social media apps — might have been avoided if Musk had continued to toe the MAGA line. Yet just a few days after stepping down from his role overseeing the U.S. DOGE Service, the SpaceX founder had some choice words for his former colleagues in Washington.
