VCU Health seeks to build hospital in Chesterfield

The Virginia Commonwealth University Health System Authority is looking to build a hospital off Route 10 in Chesterfield. VCU Health sent a letter to the Virginia Department of Health on Monday indicating its intent to submit a certificate of public need application. The acute care hospital would be located at 7220 Beach Road on 56 acres.
