OSHA cites Mass. employer in connection with worker's death, proposes $283K penalty

A federal investigation into the death of a worker at a construction incident in Hanson in February resulted in citations and a proposed $283,115 penalty for a Woburn employer, according to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
