A federal investigation into the death of a worker at a construction incident in Hanson in February resulted in citations and a proposed $283,115 penalty for a Woburn employer, according to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. At around 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 7, Hanson police received a 911 call about a man trapped at a construction site at 50 Dwight St., Cruzβs office said in a statement.
