HUBBARD, Ohio (WKBN) — A U.S. Department of Labor investigation has found that a Hubbard castings company could have prevented a molten metal leak that fatally burned an employee. Thirty-year-old Jawaylan Patterson, an ELLWOOD Engineered Castings employee, died in January after molten steel was poured on him at the Masury Road plant.
