‘Chapel on the Bay’ turned floating condo up for sale again

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A former floating wedding chapel renovated into a houseboat is up for sale again. The former “Chapel on the Bay” is selling for $250,000. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2021. The chapel was once America’s only self-propelled wedding chapel. After the floating wedding business sank in 2013, the chapel was put up for sale.
