Man’s body pulled from Lake Michigan near Kathy Osterman Beach

A man’s body was recovered from Lake Michigan near Kathy Osterman Beach on Thursday morning. Officials responded about 11 a.m. to the 5600 block of North DuSable Lake Shore Drive, where a man in his 30s was discovered unresponsive in the water, Chicago police and fire officials said. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The cause and manner of his death have not been determined.
