Authorities say a man who was jailed in February and accused of multiple sexual assaults is also responsible for a different attack in 2022. Carlton Tambaoga, 25, was arrested after a sexual assault victim who was being treated at a hospital Feb. 11 reported the attack, Carrollton police have said.
