Houston Texas safety Jimmie Ward will not face domestic violence charges after a Montgomery County, Texas grand jury decided not to indict him on Thursday, Sept. 18. Ward, 34, was arrested and charged in a third-degree felony domestic violence case brought against him by the mother of his child in June.
