Teen shot in Hyattsville near Northwestern High School, police say
A 14-year-old boy was shot near Northwestern High School in Hyattsville on Friday, Hyattsville police said.
Hyattsville police are at the scene in the 3500 block of Carnaby Street.
The teen was transported to a hospital and his condition is unknown, police said.
Northwestern High School has been placed on lockdown, according to Prince George’s County Public Schools.
