President Obama is meeting with his Cabinet Monday morning to lay out “his vision for smarter government” in his second term, the White House said. Mr. Obama will challenge his Cabinet members to make more progress on delivering government services more efficiently, reducing waste and opening more government data to entrepreneurs. Preschooler Measles Vaccination Rate Below 90 Percent in 17 States
Seventeen U.S. states, almost half of them in the South, have rates of less than 90 percent of preschoolers receiving the recommended measles, mumps and rubella vaccination, according to a nonprofit group’s study.
