Woodland man killed in Portland crash on Interstate 5
A 68-year-old Woodland man was killed Thursday when his car was rear ended in slowing traffic on Interstate 5 in Portland. Portland police responded at 3:31 p.m. to the crash on I-5 south at North Failing Street. Mark S. Sinclair was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a police news release.
