HUGO, Okla. (KXII) - A Hugo man was arrested and accused of making lewd proposals to a child.
Court records show that Denyell Murphy, 48, allegedly tried to get a child, who was under the age of 16, to have sex with him.
He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
