Sen. John Fetterman shares gnarly photo of bloodied face as he’s released from hospital after serious fall

Senator John Fetterman (D-Pa.) released a graphic photograph of his face covered in dried blood as he announced Saturday he was released from the hospital following a serious fall that left with nearly two dozen stitches.

“20 stitches later and a full recovery, I’m back home with @giselefetterman and the kids,” Fetterman, 56, wrote in a post to X.

“I’m overwhelmed + profoundly grateful for all the well-wishes.”
