How many people attended President Donald Trump’s military parade in Washington, D.C.?
The $45 million event celebrated the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army’s formation on Saturday. The festivities also fell on the same day as Flag Day and Trump’s 79th birthday, which is June 14.
“Happy birthday, Mr. President,” Vice President JD Vance said during his speech, which also marked the Army’s birthday and Vance’s own wedding anniversary. The crowd additionally sang “Happy Birthday” to the president at the parade.
