Georgia Asks AG Bondi to Drop Biden Admin Lawsuit Over Election Law

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has asked the U.S. attorney general to drop the federal lawsuit against the state’s election-reform law, litigation that commenced during the Biden administration. In Raffensperger’s letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi, sent late Wednesday, Georgia’s secretary of state said that voting in the state increased to record levels after the law passed. Senate Bill 202, which Raffensperger advocated for and Gov.
