Ukrainian Member of Parliament Oleksandr Merezhko announced on Wednesday that he would formally nominate American President-elect Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2025. The 2024 Nobel Peace Prize was issued in October to an organization of survivors of the American atomic bombing of the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki during World War II.
