Bill Gates was not indicted in the Netherlands

A Dutch court ruling that it has jurisdiction to hear civil claims against Bill Gates regarding COVID vaccines has been mischaracterized on social media as Gates having been “indicted” in the Netherlands. Some of the social media posts point to the Dutch court decision from Oct. 16 in a document hosted on a blog site , neither of which mentions any criminal charges or an indictment for Gates.
