Secaucus hotel shuttered, but that’s not stopping people from calling it home

Normally there’s nothing strange about a large group of people at a hotel. But when it’s the long-shuttered Empire Meadowlands Hotel on the Hackensack River waterfront in Secaucus, there’s cause for concern.
