Sierra, an off-price retailer of outdoor apparel and gear, is moving into the former Bed, Bath & Beyond store on Loudon Road alongside the TJ Maxx clothing store. Sierra, formerly known as Sierra Trading Post, is owned by TJX Companies, the parent company of TJ Maxx.
