Slack Tide Fish Co. restaurant headed to Ballast in Scott’s Addition

The Ballast project in Scott’s Addition has announced the name of the restaurant coming to the space: Slack Tide Fish Co. Caleb Shriver, formerly of Dutch & Company, has signed on as executive chef. Dutch & Company was a nationally recognized restaurant in Church Hill that ran from 2012 to 2020. After closing Dutch & Company, Shriver briefly worked at the Michelin-starred restaurant Dill in Iceland.
