Mullins to retire from Marsh Foundation

VAN WERT — Kim Mullins will retire from the Marsh Foundation on June 30. Mullins led the Child & Family Services division of the Marsh Foundation for 29 years. The former music teacher worked as a consultant for group home and foster care divisions and as a certified instructor of the Crisis Prevention Institute before becoming executive director of child and family services. “I am so grateful that the Lord gave me so many opportunities to serve in the helping profession,” Mullins sad in a news release about her retirement....
