Smoking cessation program helping lower infant mortality rate

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — A Columbus Public Health program is helping mothers across central Ohio get healthy for themselves and their babies. The most recent data from Columbus’ infant mortality rate shows a slight decrease in the number of babies dying in the area.
