First cannabis provisioning center to open in Eaton County

LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - After a few years of research and community feedback, the City of Charlotte is now welcoming marijuana dispensaries. This Monday, the City of Charlotte will see it’s first cannabis provisioning center open it’s doors. The city has been considering the possibility for a couple of years, which has not been without controversy.
