N.H. to hold hearing on Volodymyr Zhukovskyy’s request to restore his driving privileges

The hearing officer has the authority to decide whether Zhukovskyy can resume driving in New Hampshire, but cannot address restrictions he faces from drivers licensing agencies in other states, including Massachusetts.
