Mom arrested in murder-for-hire plot against witnesses she says helped send son to prison

LAKE WORTH BEACH — Seated in the front seat of a vehicle next to a person she believed to be a gunman-for-hire, Josefina Cardona-Cardona showed photographs of two people she wanted killed, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said.
