Atlanta pop-up Madre Garcia’s a culinary tribute to chef’s mother

Garcia, who works for an air conditioning manufacturer, pops up weekly at the East Atlanta and Piedmont Park farmers markets with appearances at Eventide Brewing in Grant Park.
