A Delaware County Sheriff's Deputy was justified in shooting a murder suspect last month, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office ruled Thursday. Nathan Russell is accused of randomly shooting and killing Aaron McAtee on November 7 outside of the Fareway in Monticello. McAtee worked at Fareway and was outside near the loading dock early that morning when Russell is accused of driving by and opening fire.
