Twitch streamer Kai Cenat accused of ‘inciting a riot’ with video game giveaway in Manhattan’s Union Square in New York

A social media influencer is facing charges after a giveaway in a New York City park erupted in chaos Friday, authorities said. New York City Police Chief Jeffrey Maddrey told reporters that the video game live-streamer, Kai Cenat, was in custody and is likely to be charged with at least two counts of inciting a riot and unlawful assembly.
