Man arrested after Selawik resident’s body found in dump, troopers say

Alaska State Troopers say they arrested a 47-year-old man in Selawik this week on a murder charge in the death of a Selawik resident whose body was found in a tote in the village dump. Troopers said Friday they were notified at almost midnight Wednesday that the body of a man later identified as 41-year-old Timothy Snyder had been found.
