Aclu Files First Amendment Challenge Against Michael Cohen’s Retaliatory Imprisonment

NEW YORK — The American Civil Liberties Union and law firm Perry Guha LLP today filed a habeas petition on behalf of Michael Cohen seeking his immediate release to home confinement.
