Is it time for term limits on elected officials in Utah? Voters could be answering that question in 2016.
In Utah elected officials are free to run for the same office over and over again.
Rick Larsen says that's not the will of the people.
He says recent polls put support for term limits at 80 to 90%.
"That clearly says Utah voters are in favor of breaking the power lock they perceive can occur in government," said Larsen.
