Details

Metro Weekly has a Left bias. A February 2021 independent review of Metro Weekly by an AllSides editor found the website published content that was openly in line with policies and ideas favored by those who are LGBTQ and left-wing. It included coverage favorable of the Equality Act, as well as lists of Republicans who voted against it, and coverage with a disfavorable tone toward legislation that would prevent youths under the age of 19 from changing their sex. The magazine endorsed Joe Biden for president in 2020.
