Supreme Court Rules in Favor of Christian Baker in Wedding Cake Dispute

The Supreme Court on Monday ruled in favor of Christian baker Jack Phillips who refused to make a wedding cake for a gay couple. Some on the Left have said that the verdict is somewhat of a victory, as the Court's majority opinion does not sanction a First Amendment right to discriminate, but instead says that the Colorado Civil Rights Commission displayed a bias against Mr. Phillips' faith in his initial hearing. Many on the Right celebrated the decision as a victory for religious freedom.
