Fate of Gorsuch Nomination

As the Senate gears up to consider President Trump's Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., predicted Sunday that "it looks like Gorsuch will not reach the 60-vote margin" needed to overcome a filibuster.

Republicans will take a major step Monday toward restoring the conservative majority on the Supreme Court lost last year when Justice Antonin Scalia's death led to a political standoff involving all three branches of government.
