Trump Administration Proposes Plan to Roll Back Clean Water Regulations

The Trump administration on Tuesday unveiled a plan to roll back Obama-era rules on clean water which placed many small waterways under federal regulation. Some say it is a victory against government overreach as well as a win for developers who felt the rules were too cumbersome. Others contend that it will negatively impact the quality of drinking water and will put wildlife at risk.
