Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker endorsed Sen. Ted Cruz for president Tuesday, saying in an interview on WTMJ radio that Mr. Cruz is a “constitutional conservative” and that the Texas senator is best positioned to both win the GOP nomination and defeat Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton in the fall.
