Green, Ohio (WOIO) - The Summit County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the man seen in the attached video. The man is suspected of using a credit card lost by another shopper to purchase over $1,000 worth of merchandise at the Target in Green, and the Walmart and Speedway in Springfield Township on February 24th.
