Paul Hoelscher, longtime mayor of Harrington Park, dies at 82
The Borough of Harrington Park is mourning the loss of longtime mayor Paul A. Hoelscher who died Thursday. He was 82 years old. For over 30 years, Hoelscher taught at Passaic Valley High School in Little Falls. He was also a real estate appraiser and broker, and he served as a councilman from 1977 through 1983.
