Former Ohio State golfer qualifies for US Open
Former Ohio State golfer Maxwell Moldovan first played at Pinehurst when he was nine.
Now, he will play there at the U.S. Open.
Max traveled to North Carolina over the weekend in the hopes that he would make the U.S Open field, but it wasn't a guarantee because he was an alternate.
