Rep. Mace says Ghislaine Maxwell will likely plead the fifth at deposition hearing

South Carolina GOP Rep. Nancy Mace says that Ghislaine Maxwell will likely plead the fifth at her deposition hearing next week. 

"We're hearing Ghislaine Maxwell is planning to plead the 5th at her deposition on Monday," Mace wrote on X.

"When a convicted sex trafficker pleads the fifth it isn't about about self-incrimination any more, it's self-preservation and not wanting to cross the rich and powerful people she trafficked these children to."
