The Philadelphia district attorney's office has come under fire after human remains reportedly belonging to missing woman Kada Scott were found on Saturday.
Authorities had earlier charged Keon King, 21, with kidnapping, stalking and other offenses in connection with Scott's disappearance. His bail has been set at $2.5 million in the Scott case and he remains in custody, with a preliminary hearing set for next month. He had been allowed to go free after being charged in a similar case earlier this year.
